On A Hill Far Away
A Jerusalem Story
Ruben never wanted to visit Israel. He agreed to go only as a last-ditch effort to heal his shaky marriage. Wandering alone through Jerusalem on a "free day," he suddenly finds himself ping-ponging through time, inhabiting the bodies of people who lived in this ancient city thousands of years ago.
He meets figures from Scripture, faces danger, fights in battles, and witnesses some of the most important events in history, then returns each time to the present day.
Are these hallucinations, delusions, or something darker? With only Yoseph, a young Israeli tour guide trainee, to help him, will Ruben discover what's happening to him, and why?
